ANGELS DON’T PLAY THIS HAARP
The High Altitude Auroral Research Project was designed to beam up 10 billion watts of radiation to weaponize the ionosphere. Whether there are others, HAARP is a Directed Energy Weapon
The terrible disaster on Maui has reminded me of investigative reporting from 1996 which I archived in my notes on June 17 this year. This article, published by the Georgia Straight tabloid in Vancouver BC in 1996, revealed the capabilities of the High Altitude Auroral Research Project which the builders of the US military-financed HAARP array boasted of. These capabilities included commanding the electromagnetic energy that moves the clouds and using it to brandish lightening as a weapon like the Zeus of Ancient Greek religion.
The following are excerpts from this article:
<< U.S. HAARP program can alter weather and disrupt communications by William Thomas on April 18th, 1996 at 9:00 AM
<< From a site located about halfway between Anchorage and Fairbanks, at a place called Gakona, a series of experiments dubbed the High Altitude Auroral Research Project was designed to beam billions of watts of energy into Earth’s highly charged ionosphere. HAARP’s inventor, a Massachusetts Institute of Technology physicist named Bernard Eastlund, was excited about the possibilities. “You can virtually lift part of the atmosphere,” Eastlund told Omni. “You can make it move, do things to it.”...
<< Manning was interested in free energy, not death rays, but as a reporter for the Kelowna Daily News, she decided to check it out. A source she refused to divulge sent her a stack of documentation including two Eastlund patents for HAARP (a third patent was deemed classified). Manning next called Clare Zickuhr in Alaska. The former Atlantic Richfield Company accountant had blown the whistle on his company’s project, then formed "No HAARP", an ad hoc group opposed to the project under development by the energy giant and the U.S. military. Zickuhr sent Manning military specifications relating to HAARP. “The wording was so similar to the Eastlund patents,” she said, “my intuition said ” ̃This is bad news.’ ”...
<< ... The latest addition was an article by an Alaskan researcher and medical doctor in the Fall 1994 issue of Nexus magazine. Nick Begich claimed that the project could generate magnetic fields strong enough to lead salmon and caribou astray, disturb the weather, and disrupt communications over much of the planet. Other HAARP hazards, Begich warned, could be even more dire... His article warned that HAARP could soon be subjecting his fellow Alaskans, Yukoners, and their northern British Columbian neighbours to unpredictable effects from the highest levels of electromagnetic radiation ever transmitted on Earth... With almost 25,000 copies sold of two printings since its 1995 release, Angels Don’t Play This HAARP has sold from Germany to the Kootenays, is being translated into Greek, and is due for release in Japan in August—and it’s the biggest-selling Alaska-published book in that state’s history...
<< Commercial radio stations commonly broadcast in all directions at 50,000 watts; no one can predict exactly what will happen as scheduled HAARP tests begin radiating two, four, or 10 billion watts of power. But previous electromagnetic experiments in the ionosphere have been accompanied by a displaced jet stream and erratic weather often enough for some people to rule out coincidence...
<< All these outcomes hinge on the ionosphere, an electrically active region of the upper atmosphere extending from about 55 to 900 kilometres out from Earth. Unlike the atmosphere around us, which carries no electrical charge, the ionosphere flows with the fluctuations of charged particles bombarding Earth from countless suns.
<< The stripping of electrons from the atoms in these cosmic rays turns the atoms into positively charged ions, which remain in the ionosphere. The pared electrons continue inbound along Earth’s magnetic-field lines, funnelling toward the magnetic poles in tornadolike spouts called the electrojet... Even the official U.S. air force “HAARP Fact Sheet”, issued in November 1993 by the Office of Naval Research and the U.S. Air Force Geophysical Laboratory, admitted that “ionospheric disturbances at high latitudes also can act to induce large currents in electric power grids.”...
<< ... After a series of aircraft crashes linked to electrical interference, the U.S. air force launched a three-year Joint Electromagnetic Interference Investigation in 1991. Official JEMI findings showed that “radio waves at certain frequencies can bring down an aircraft by putting it into an uncommanded turn or dive, or by turning off its fuel supply.”... Sometime in 1997, Phase 2 tests will heat a small region of the upper atmosphere with four billion watts of highly concentrated power... With high- speed computers and newly developed software pulsing powerful radio waves, HAARP’s antennae will be fired sequentially to steer this ionospheric bulge as if it were a lens. The U.S. air force hopes to use it to fry incoming warheads... Other offensive capabilities noted in the patent include “altering the upper atmosphere wind patterns using plumes of atmospheric particles as a lens or focusing device” to disturb weather thousands of miles away...
<< The Soviet Union and the United States have been interested in the ionosphere since the 1950s, when it was discovered that high-power radio transmissions change the temperature and density of electrons there... But these earlier ionospheric heaters aimed energy straight up in an expanding cone; their effective radiated power dissipated rapidly.
<< HAARP, however, directs its energy in an inverted cone. By focusing the beam on a very small area of the ionosphere, there is, in effect, an enormous increase in power over the affected area. As the six-page “HAARP Fact Sheet” explains, no other heater has “the combination of frequency capability and beam steering agility required to perform the experiments planned for HAARP”... “The name of the game is, can you accelerate electrons?” Eastlund told the Straight. “That was what my patents were on, and that was one of the purposes stated in the original HAARP document.”... >>
At this point I pause to emphasize: “beam steering agility” and “accelerate electrons... that was one of the purposes”. "HAARP’s antennae will be fired sequentially to steer this ionospheric bulge as if it were a lens." My point is that accelerated electrons are what lightning bolts are made of. And if HAARP could generate a beam with four or even ten billion watts of power and “steer” its “beam” to affect the atmosphere above remote areas does HAARP not qualify as a device to generate and focus lightening strikes at great distances from the HAARP array?
In mid June of this year huge fires broke out simultaneously all across Canada. Our Canadian news outlets reported that some individuals had been arrested and charged with arson, but to me this seemed inadequate to explain how fires bloomed almost simultaneously over such a huge area. Lightening was also mentioned as a cause, but how, I thought, did this lightening organize itself so well so suddenly. Soon it became the standard non-explaining explanation echoed by every government subsidized news outlet [this is The True North Strong and Not-So-Free, kids. Wise the frack up. They’re ALL government subsidized.]: Climate Change had suddenly announced itself just like our Dear Leader, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, said it would.
And then one day in June the smoke from forest fires in Quebec jumped over northern New York State, moved hundreds of miles south and concentrated itself over New York City, turning day into a choking yellow twilight within the space of minutes as if the smoke had been directed to New York City and commanded to attack it like a high altitude pit bull. And doesn’t that sound like this quote from the 1996 article? "HAARP’s antennae will be fired sequentially to steer this ionospheric bulge as if it were a lens.”? It seemed so to me.
I wrote this on Substack on June 17, 2023:
"Because the very recent catastrophic wildfires all across Canada started almost simultaneously and because arson has been officially alleged already here and there, there has been speculation that deliberate strikes by what is called “Directed Energy Weapons” caused these fires. This speculation is pooh-poohed by officialdom as conspiracy theory. But it reminds me of 2021 when there was a raging heat wave in BC and huge wildfires and the village of Lytton BC was burned out by a fire that had so many suspicious features that our Canadian blogger Polly “Amazing Polly” St George examined it critically. I was a big fan of Polly and still am. But I was reluctant to believe in “Directed Energy Weapons”.
"Her blog was saved on Bitchute and it’s a barn burner still. The best way to find it is to Google "Amazing Polly Playlist (RUMBLE/BITCHUTE): 21.07.10 - Did the Global Mafia Burn Down Lytton, BC?"
"As Polly pointed out, in late June 2021 in BC there was an extreme heat wave especially in the near-desert Lytton BC area, frequent location of record-breaking high temperatures when the BC summer is hot. At that time BC was scheduled to cancel its extreme Covid lockdown restrictions as of the coming July 1 (Canada Day. The province did indeed cancel the State of Emergency but next day the lockdown restrictions were re-imposed.) In Lytton Dr Charles Hoffe was noting that his mostly aboriginal patients who had almost all gotten the Pfizer Covid inoculations were experiencing an extraordinary rate of severe post-vaccination reactions and Dr Hoffe was very outspoken about this.
"On April 5, 2021, Hoffe wrote and had published an open letter to our Public Health Officer Bonnie Henry about these reactions and asking for some help for his patients. Meanwhile Hoffe was giving his vaccinated patients D-dimer tests to detect micro-clotting and he was finding this hard-to-detect clotting to an extraordinary degree in the vaccinated and distressed.
"Then on June 30, 2021 the village of Lytton was swept lengthwise by a fire that destroyed the community so fast people barely escaped. Yet it was so strange to note that the houses were burnt to white ash while the surrounding trees did not ignite. One resident took a parting photo as he fled from his house which was already engulfed and yet – this haunts me as I look at this picture – the wooden fence mere feet from the house and the grass and trees nearby are untouched. How does a wildfire do that? Photos of the devastation taken later show that the whole town looks like that; buildings and houses are consumed to white ash yet the trees between the houses did not ignite.
"The town looks like it was burnt from the inside out. First the houses, burnt so hot that the ash was white, then the surroundings were charred but not completely consumed. How does a natural fire do that?
"The official word was that maybe a nearby fire combined with strong winds did this. But also lightning strikes were officially blamed. "Pyro-lightning" was alleged. This means that large fires can cause lightening strikes. Indeed, satellite radar detected over 9000 strikes on June 30 in the smoke plume in interior BC.
"But satellite radar showed that the strikes were in straight-line and box shaped patterns. This made people remember the HAARP (High Altitude Auroral Research Project) 33-acre array of microwave producing towers in Alaska then owned by U of Alaska Fairbanks. This array of towers is said to produce and aim microwave radiation into the ionosphere to study its effects on the atmosphere.
"HAARP could generate a beam with four billion or even ten billion watts of power and “steer” its “beam” to affect the atmosphere above remote areas. Does HAARP not qualify as a device to generate and focus lightening strikes at great distances from the HAARP array? What is this if it isn’t a “Directed Energy Weapon”?
"So HAARP was perfectly capable of generating and directing lightening strikes at great distances from the array over 20 years ago. They lied then when they said it wasn’t. What have these military-funded, military-controlled, white-coated science cowboys developed since then?"
The towns of Paradise CA and Lytton BC blasted to mysterious white ash amid unburned trees and bushes are now joined by a third such mysterious disaster, Lahaina on Maui. The pictures of homes reduced to flat squares of white ash with green trees and low hanging green palm fronds nearby absolutely beg the onlooker to be suspicious that this is not a natural fire. I screen-shot pictures out of ABC News's drone footage. One is especially notable to me: amid areas of devastated buildings reduced to little but white ash there is, yards away from what must have been incredible heat, a completely clean and undamaged blue children's play set with a slide which looks like it's made of plastic. In another picture, a row of blue patio umbrellas (are they made of plasticized fabric?) stands undamaged yards from the melted collapsed roof of the blasted ruins of the restaurant. A fire that melts steel roofing and leaves plastic untouched? That's a microwave radiation ignition, like a fire in your microwave oven if you put metal in it. In my amateur and outraged opinion.
If this was a contrived fire, by whatever means (the means are irrelevant. The point is not the knife or the gun, the point is murder) if this fire was contrived the word is terrorism – mass casualty, mass murder, terrorism. Circumstantial evidence already points to official complicity in at least making this disaster worse than it needed to be.
These circumstances include the refusal to sound the warning sirens which would have alerted residents and saved many lives and official minimization of the death toll when eyewitness accounts and hearsay from rescue workers already indicate that the lack of proper warning and the suspiciously rapid progress of the fire has likely caused hundreds if not thousands of deaths. Drone footage hours after the fire does not show any evidence of trees and palm fronds being blown by wind yet the official reports relayed by ABC News and others says the fire was fanned by winds from Hurricane Dora “hundreds of miles away.” Nothing is adding up to explain this disaster as natural.
The lying about the death toll and the lying about not using the sirens is more circumstantial evidence of foul play – regardless, and please, get this straight I say to everybody – if this was foul play it doesn’t matter whether there are Directed Energy weapons or not! The means are not the point.
If this disaster was contrived, or even deliberately exacerbated in any way, this was mass murder. If there was deliberation (‘malum in se’, “evil in itself”, is the legal term) in this, terrorism is the word. By whatever means, it would be mass casualty terrorism. With official complicity. That's the point.
