Far More Than 12 Angry Men Ask: Was Jeffrey Epstein Murdered

Official information and the official finding of suicide do not add up. Epstein was murdered to cover up the guilt of a war-mongering, genocidal establishment from Washington to Tel Aviv

On the basis of what I have seen of publicly available information I believe that Jeffrey Epstein cannot have died by hanging himself as the NYC Medical Examiner concluded. He must have been murdered by being strangled with a tough narrow ligature applied by at least two strong men.

Firstly, I will discount the idea that Epstein was switched-out and allowed to escape alive. There is no evidence of that. None whatever. Speculation is not evidence. I accept that Epstein died in his cell.

The question of how he died is intensely controversial because evidence abounds in the public domain that Epstein was an agent or asset of the CIA and MI6 and Mossad as was his partner Guislaine Maxwell – daughter of infamous MI6 and Mossad agent Robert Maxwell. Evidence including victim testimony and email records and court records makes it undeniable that Epstein and Maxwell were running a blackmail operation using underage girls as sex slaves to compromise influential political leaders and wealthy donors.

I opine that this “Compromat” was applied in order to illegally and treasonously influence the foreign policy and war policy of the United States government in order to support foreign wars that the American people would not have supported if they had known the truth. The elected representatives of the American people would not be supporting wars of aggression much less the genocide of hundreds of thousands of civilians in Gaza if they were not intimidated, bought or compromised. The Constitutional, democratic government of the USA has been sold like a slave at auction and raped like a prison punk.

Guislaine Maxwell, MI6 and Mossad connected, has been formally convicted of the crimes of pimping and sex trafficking. Epstein was not allowed to come to trial lest he be forced to spill the beans about his agency for CIA, MI6 and Mossad. The trail of crime leads right back to Israel’s Mossad and to high profile business and political supporters of the State of Israel in New York City and Washington DC as well as Israel.

If Epstein died by suicide the case is closed and the government of the USA is as pure as it pretends to be.

But if Epstein was assassinated almost the entire US political establishment – potentially including Donald Trump – are implicated as accessories after the fact even if they are not knowing co-conspirators.

No wonder the controversy and hysteria and media blizzard of emotional obfuscation is so difficult to see through. A lot of money and the credibility of the US government and of Israel is at stake. Let me try to cut through this storm and be coldly rational. What can the factual evidence tell us?

No. I don't know ALL the facts that could have been found much less those which have not yet been found. Is anybody out there going to claim that they do?

Was he “Intelligence”? Was he not? Was he saved, was he killed, is he alive, is he somewhere on the planet now? Stop! The blizzard of speculation is disingenuous and/or foolish. I will attend to the simple facts publicly available regarding what was in Epstein’s cell when he died. I’m not a medical expert. But I hope that I can judge as a virtual juryman would. If there are facts which have been hidden from the public REGARDING THE SPECIFIC CIRCUMSTANCES of his death – not irrelevant issues – I am eager to hear them. But for now I will focus on and analyze what the public knows.

Here is the New York Medical Examiner’s finding on page 79 of the official report of Epstein’s death, specifically the autopsy results:

On August 11, 2019, the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, City of New York, performed an autopsy on Epstein and determined that the cause of death was hanging and the manner of death a suicide. One of the office’s Medical Examiners performed the autopsy, and the autopsy report was reviewed by the First Deputy Chief Medical Examiner. In connection with this investigation, the OIG interviewed the Medical Examiner who performed the Epstein autopsy (hereinafter the “Medical Examiner”). The Medical Examiner told the OIG that the pattern of Epstein’s neck bone fractures was consistent with a hanging. The Medical Examiner explained that a different fracture pattern is present if there has been a manual compression of the neck versus a sustained pressure like in a hanging, and the pattern of Epstein’s neck fractures was that of a hanging. The Medical Examiner also said Epstein had petechial hemorrhages, which are pinpoint bleeds in skin, on his face and mouth. These hemorrhages are caused when the blood flow is obstructed and the small skin capillaries burst. The Medical Examiner additionally identified plethora, which is purple discoloration of the skin, and stated that both petechial hemorrhages and plethora are consistent with suicide by hanging. The Medical Examiner stated that Epstein’s petechia and plethora were identified from his neck up. In homicidal strangulations, according to the Medical Examiner, these conditions are normally found only in the eyes and mouth, and in a different pattern. Epstein also had, the Medical Examiner explained, a marked and obvious ligature furrow that peaked upward which is consistent with suicide as opposed to a ligature strangulation… >>

I object. I opine that the official confirmation of “broken bones” and a “ligature furrow” invalidate rather than validate the finding of suicide by hanging. The ligature mark cannot have been made by a cloth noose, nor could neck bones have been broken by the only possible noose that could have been available tied from the only high point that could possibly have been available. The physical facts do not add up.

In passing I note the argumentative tone of this report in the phrase “as opposed to a ligature strangulation"; already the belief that Epstein must have been garrotted with a wire ligature is being specifically countered by this report. The report wants to appear to be objective but it is not, it’s political. The finding of suicide does not quite speak for itself out of the obvious facts in evidence – at least in the feeling of the authors of this report, seemingly.

A broken neck bone and a narrow, bloody ligature mark is adequately explained by the short length of twisted cloth which was allegedly tied to the highest point possible in Epstein’s cell, the top of a metal bunk bed? I don’t believe it and the report itself subtly indicates that I am one of many skeptics.

Firstly, regarding the broken hyoid bone of Epstein’s neck, he could not possibly have had the means to have broken this bone because there was no possibility of self-delivering the forcible shock that execution by hanging can deliver; in an execution by hanging the victim is bound and his neck is in a stout rope noose and he is dropped through a trap door and falls several feet until the noose arrests his fall with a shock which is designed to break his neck.

The term “hanging” is misused in this case because it is applied to alleged suspension of six-foot tall Epstein from the maximum height of a top bunk bed, which was approximately five feet, precluding the possibility of the sudden shock of a drop. Only a drop of several feet before the noose arrested the victim’s fall could possibly explain the reported “neck bone fractures” if this damage were really caused by hanging as the term is generally understood. In the specific physical conditions of Epstein’s cell he would only have had the possibility of slow self-strangulation by leaning forward.

I seem to recall that this problem for the Medical Examiner’s finding of death by hanging was attempted to be answered by one publication which said Epstein would have broken his neck by “leaning forward suddenly”. Surely the weakness of this argument was only emphasized by that absurdity. There is simply no physical room available between the top bunk and the floor for a tall man to self-deliver a bone breaking shock.

One photograph of one bone, namely the hyoid bone, was published. It shows that the left lobe of the bone has snapped. The human hyoid bone is a free floating small horseshoe-shaped bone suspended by ligaments in the front of the throat. The bone is not directly connected to the spinal column or collar bones. I contend that it is obvious that for this break to occur the hyoid bone would have had to be compressed against the throat with great force. How could this force have been applied? The photographs of the alleged noose made of a cloth bed sheet were offered as an explanation for the “ligature furrow” on Epstein’s throat. This does not make common sense.

The appearance of the ligature mark is a second serious problem for the finding of death by hanging. The ligature wound was deep, bloody and narrow. How could a short length of twisted cloth do this damage?

Anybody who saw the picture of Epstein’s throat wound would know that something is seriously wrong with the Medical Examiner’s finding. The Epstein family hired an outside examiner who came to the conclusion that Epstein was garrotted. That’s the account that makes sense out of the evidence presented.

The “60 Minutes" short film about Epstein’s autopsy results showed one photo of Epstein’s head and neck on the autopsy table. I thought I had made a clear screen capture of this photo but a search of my (admittedly messy) digital archives failed to find it so I sadly conclude that I lost the image when I replaced my old computer. It’s been made very difficult to find and copy this photo – which to me is guilty behaviour, media publishers pressured to support the finding of suicide by hanging. Here’s the best screen capture I can do from what can now be seen of the “60 Minutes" short documentary. It’s a gruesome picture.

But it is public. “60 Minutes" showed it on public TV. It shows that there was a narrow, half inch wide, deep and bloody indentation in Epstein’s throat. It ran straight across his throat at about the Adam’s apple:

This picture contradicts the NY Medical Examiner. The furrow is far too deep and bloody to have been made by cloth and it runs straight across his throat, not slanting upward as it would if it were from a hanging. It is consistent with a broken hyoid. It must have been made by someone using a wire or rope while Epstein was subdued. In short, this is evidence of an assassination.

Fellow jury members of the court of public opinion, I ask you seriously: was this photo faked by “60 Minutes”? If it were it would have been designed to show the public that Epstein could not possibly have died in a noose made of cloth. Does that make the slightest possible POLITICAL sense? Obviously not! “60 Minutes” producers would have never shown it if anybody on staff had realized what the picture implied.

What we the public have been shown is not consistent with suicide. The facts in evidence (in publicly available evidence relevant to this issue) add up to murder. Let the political chips fall where they must.
