The Mystery Meat of CIA Lies is Poisoning America and the World
With every new CIA disaster Leroy Fletcher Prouty becomes more and more prophetic. His revenge is served cold but it’s very nourishing, I assure you.
Our media is a Stupidity machine being cranked by the US “Intelligence Community". It manufactures stupidity like a grinder exudes sausages. The mystery-meat of stupid lies just slides down the throat without even being chewed. For example:
Rt reported on May 17: "Secret Service let down top Biden aide – media"
<< National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan said on Wednesday that he had full confidence in the US Secret Service, after multiple outlets reported that the agency head was furious three agents had allowed an intruder to enter his Washington, DC house last month.
<< The incident happened in late April, but only came to light on Tuesday in the Washington Post. Citing three anonymous government officials, the outlet said a man somehow walked into Sullivan’s West End home at around 3am, past a security detail posted outside.
<< Sullivan himself confronted the intruder, who “appeared to be intoxicated and confused,”then informed the Secret Service agents of the breach… >>
This story was reported by the Washington Post, Jeff Bezos’s personal pamphlet. I’m going to just assume that it’s obvious that this rag is a mouthpiece for whatever the CIA happens to want to feed the Washington congressional elites. Once again we hear from the usual “anonymous officials” and the story fits the usual CIA mythology.
This is how the mythology goes: The Secret Service and Jake Sullivan and by extension the White House are so dumb that no wonder the war in Ukraine is going to be lost.
This is the cover story the CIA is feeding us all: At 3 o'clock in the AM the Secret Service agents guarding the head of the National Security Council, President Biden’s foreign policy right arm, were confronted by a confused idiotic drunk and naturally they said, “Good evening mister president. Go right in and drool all over Jake Sullivan.”
Har-de-har-har! The Trump people will eat that up as if it were prime beefsteak and call for more, that’s just how dumb all these citizens, and congressmen, are. Says the CIA mythology.
Just trying to be a bit objective about this weird incident, wasn’t that extremely intimidating to Jake Sullivan? Here he was at 3 in the morning nestled all snug in his bed while visions of being really important danced in his head. Jake was safe behind his Secret Service professional palace guards. Suddenly he’s awakened by some noise or other. All alone, he pads downstairs in his pyjamas and what does he meet but some weird deranged stranger. Hey! This is not the New York subway!! Guards! Where the hell are you??!!
Now it’s over a month later and Jake Sullivan, right hand man of President Biden, has not squeaked a peep about this incident. Until it was “leaked” by SOMEBODY in the Secret Service? The most presidentially loyal “arm” of the “Intelligence Community”? Huh?!
And it is the “Intelligence Community” involved here. The Secret Service, ONI, FBI, CIA, NSA, DEA, DHS – 17 “intelligence” organizations at least – it’s all one “community” ostensibly under the command and at the call and service of the POTUS. And the CIA is the head honcho of them all, right? Who doesn’t assume that?
And so now the head of the President’s National Security Council, Jake Sullivan, the man whom Seymour Hersh, famed heroic Investigative Reporter, has just accused of ordering the “covert” sabotage of the Nord Stream pipelines, has to explain how the Secret Service – and by extension the CIA – allowed a potential assassin to just walk practically into Sullivan’s bedroom at 3 in the morning. Sullivan also now has to explain why he never complained about it publicly, let alone had anybody investigated much less prosecuted. He stammers some stuff about how annoyed he says he is. But basically he’s covering up for the Secret Service.
By the way, I’d like you to note that in the matter of the sabotage of the Nord Stream Pipeline system, Seymour Hersh accuses President Joe Biden, Jake Sullivan, Victoria Nuland, the US Navy and the Norwegian Navy. Hersh does not accuse, or even mention, the CIA. Seymour Hersh has recently written that he got his first ideas about the CIA by listening, with what seems like worshipful naivety, to retired CIA black ops honcho General Edward Lansdale. Hold that thought.
Here’s my take: Basically Jake Sullivan, and by extension the President, just got intimidated by the “Intelligence Community” and now, like some prison punk who dropped the soap and sucked cement in the shower, Sullivan has to say his bum is not all that sore. And the general population of inmates, we the world public, are going to know but, being wise guys, not exactly know the truth. Get it?
I’m an elderly crank with a ten year old computer and not the slightest acquaintance with even the local power elite way up here in Vancouver. If even a little pipsqueak like me can put that construction on this incident what must much more knowledgeable people think? Or do they ever think?
How else can we interpret this weird “failure” by the Secret Service other than to conclude that it was not a mistake at all but it was done on purpose? And what other purpose could that have been but to frighten Sullivan? It gives Jake Sullivan the impression that he can be “gotten” any time, anywhere. And, Jake, word to the wise, we don’t want to make this public, right? OOPS! It Leaked! So sorry.
I remember when Senator Chucky Schumer went on the Charley Rose Show in 2017 and told the world that President Trump was not being very prudent criticizing the CIA because the CIA had “six ways from Sunday to get at him”.
Are we clear? ARE WE CLEAR?!
So Sullivan doesn’t ask any questions or roll any heads, like a good little presidential advisor.
But then comes the “leak”. “Somebody" hauled Jake Sullivan’s pants down in front of the whole press corps so everybody can laugh at how much of a punk he is. He looks so stupid, right? Who else looks stupid?
Whoever it (obviously? Aw come ON!) was who had this bright idea to frighten Jake and then humiliate him – and who obviously had the power to do the incident – do they not know how stupid this idea was in the first place, how dumb it makes the “Intelligence Community" look?
What kind of idiocy is this “Intelligence”? Who the hell is running the “Intelligence Community”? Anybody? Who the hell is running the White House? Joe Biden, who is plainly non-compose? Gimme a break!
The White House Punch-and-Judy puppet show is being run by “Intelligence” people who actually thought that they could blow up the Nord Stream pipelines and be “covert” about it. This was idiocy careening across the border of Crazy-land at breakneck speed.
Because it was so obvious that the Nord Stream perpetrator had to be US military Special Forces of some kind – you can read all about BALTOPS-22 on the US Navy website by clicking a mouse – attention was being turned toward the CIA by hoards of little people on the internet.
So the CIA figured they had to do some sort of distraction. So out comes Seymour Hersh’s bombshell accusation against the POTUS. But that has a major downside because Hersh has put the fear of God into Biden and his handlers. So something more has to be done so these white House clowns who think they have "civilian control” have to be smacked so they don’t go all wobbly and expose the CIA.
Making Jake look like a fool is really the same sort of thing as making the governments of Germany and the EU look like prison punks who got raped and had to say they liked it. This is the CIA modus operandi schooled by generations of impunity.
The U-2 affair, the murder of JFK, the very profitable Vietnam War, the Watergate, the Irangate, 9/11… the 2020 election? It’s a twisty road but it’s one road. The Intelligence Community got way too big for its little boy pants quite some time ago. Now it thinks it's really intelligent, as in coherent and smart. It’s all going according to The Plan. No worries. Because they installed an idiot in the White House and they can smack any “civilian” goof who says what’s really what, they think they are untouchable. That’s my take on it.
I have been re-reading Leroy Fletcher Prouty’s 1972 book, “The Secret Team: The CIA and its Allies in Control of the United States and the World”. This early book, 20 years before Prouty’s “JFK” of 1992, still offers surprising insights into what the CIA is.
This passage jumped out at me:
<<The fundamental dichotomy that has always divided the Intelligence community and which in the long run has given it its bad reputation is that the Intelligence operator just cannot keep his hands and his heart out of operations. This same affliction leaves its mark on the entire community, not just on individual agents. Established for the legitimate business of intelligence, the Agency has become deeply involved in clandestine operations; yet to maintain its status and reputation in the structure of this open government, it must continually give the appearance of being nothing more than an Intelligence Agency while it keeps itself covertly occupied with special operations on an ever expanding scale…
<< One aspect of the Pentagon Papers that makes them suspect of not being exactly what they are purported to be, that is, an expose of the role of the Pentagon in the United States' involvement in Vietnam (this is an oversimplified definition of them, but it will serve here) is that they laud the role of the CIA and the overall intelligence community while they disparage the rest of the Government, especially the Pentagon…
<< From 1945 through the crucial years of 1954 and 1955 and on to 1964, almost everything that was done in South Vietnam, including even a strong role in the selection of generals and ambassadors, was the action of the CIA, with the DOD playing a supporting role and the Department of State almost in total eclipse…
<< These examples have to make certain aspects of the release and publication of the Pentagon Papers deeply suspect, especially since the man who says he released these vast volumes to the newspapers, Daniel Ellsberg, was ideally suited for this role by virtue of his Vietnam experience with the very same Edward G. Lansdale. No matter what one might wish to believe the intentions of Ellsberg were when he did this, it would be most difficult to accept that he of all people did not know all the facts... Certainly if his facts, as well as those presented by The New York Times, are right, the CIA (Covert side) was in a much better position to heed its own CIA (Intelligence side) warnings and advice than any other department or agency in Washington… >>
That was published mere months after the “Pentagon Papers” were published.
<< The answer to these questions becomes obvious. The CIA uses its intelligence role as a cover mechanism for its operational activities. Furthermore it uses its own secret intelligence as an initiator for its own secret operations. This is what pleased General Donovan when President Roosevelt unleashed him with the OSS and it is what has been the driving force behind the hard core operational agents within the intelligence community since that time…>>
Recently Seymour Hersh wrote that he got his first education about what the CIA is by listening, rapt and worshipful, to General Edward Lansdale in the early ‘70s. Thus Hersh’s formative time as a reporter was conditioned by the CIA view of itself. He believes that the pitiable innocent CIA was forced to mount the Bay of Pigs invasion of Cuba because those powerful Kennedy brothers would not listen to the wise CIA and demanded that the operation go ahead and after it had proven to be the disaster that the wise CIA had predicted, Jack Kennedy told Ed Lansdale to “shut up” about it.
With all due respect to Seymour Hersh, this view of things is inconsistent with 60 years of subsequent undeniable facts on public record – starting, obviously, with the assassination of President John F. Kennedy by no other possible perpetrator than the CIA.
John F. Kennedy was in control of the CIA and so are all the US presidents? That is a lame script worthy of a cheesy Hollywood action flic from the ‘80s. It persists because it has never been re-examined in the light of subsequent factual realities – notably by lauded and feted “alternative” pundits including Sy Hersh and Noam Chomsky. Rather, this myth has served as a mental meat grinder mashing up reality to fit the sausage skin of fantasy.
Where did the CIA come from and how did it get to be the devouring cancer that it is today?
On December 7, 1941 the Imperial Japanese Navy attacked Pearl Harbor and sank much of the US Pacific Fleet. Roosevelt thundered the obvious truth, “This means war!”, Congress declared war on Japan, and Hitler declared war on America on the same day. A shocked America demanded to know why Washington’s spies and analysts and embassies had been so unaware and why Pearl Harbor had been taken so by surprise. More and better Intelligence was urgently needed now that America was suddenly at war on two fronts.
So, in early 1942 General William Donavan created the Office of Strategic Services on the orders of President Roosevelt. During the years of the war the OSS became an organization which cherished and used its own secret “intelligence” to guide its own secret “operations" behind enemy lines in Europe.
They were and they used spies, blackmailers, assassins and bombers. Where did they recruit such professionals? They came from a criminal community, naturally. Donavan was introduced to Meyer Lansky and Charles “Lucky” Luciano by J. Edgar Hoover and they all made a cozy deal to bring the drug and gun runners of the Italian and French mafias together with the longshoremen of New York City. A secret army was born and its agents wormed their way up into the soft underbelly of Nazi-occupied Europe. And into the halls of Washington DC.
In return for their services, US organized crime entered into an even sweeter and cozier and more international relationship with the US government than even Hoover’s FBI had given them. Secrecy made Donavan's behind-the-front-lines gang of saboteurs, guerrillas and bombers untouchable, a secret army all on its own. Oh what a lovely war it was for these dashing devils. That kind of power is as addictive as hell itself. One almost wished the war would never end, didn’t one?
In The Secret Team, the chapter called “An Overview of the CIA” from which I have quoted above, L. Fletcher Prouty wrote this very enlightening passage:
<< During 1943, General Donovan did his best to extend the OSS into all those parts of the world left to him by the Navy, General MacArthur, and J. Edgar Hoover…
<< The OSS did set up a Guerrilla and Resistance Branch, which operated from Europe to Burma and was patterned after the highly successful British Special Operations Executive (SOE) model. But General Donovan never got over the blows he suffered from MacArthur and Hoover. His wartime disappointment led him on many occasions to recommend that there be a single top intelligence director who would be placed within the immediate Office of the President and that this director be a civilian who would control all other intelligence services, particularly most of the military. By 1944, his views were so firm that he wrote to President Roosevelt:
<< "I have given consideration to the organization of our intelligence service for the postwar period.
<< "Once our enemies are defeated the demand will be equally pressing for information that will aid in solving the problems of peace.
<< "This requires two things:
<<1. That Intelligence control be returned to the
supervision of the President.
<< 2. The establishment of a central authority reporting directly to you.”
<< On careful scrutiny, this is a most unusual memorandum to be written during time of war to the Commander in Chief of the greatest military force ever assembled. First there is the assumption, and perhaps even an implied criticism, that the control of Intelligence was not under the President, or that the President had lost control of that aspect of the military effort world wide… The other veiled criticism was his proposal that the central authority be made to report directly to the President. By this, Donovan hoped that Roosevelt might establish such a central authority, that would be himself, and that he might thereby gain ascendancy over his arch rivals, J. Edgar Hoover, the Navy, and most of all, General Douglas MacArthur.
<< The germ of these ideas lived throughout the following quarter-century. Even today, there are those who still propose that the DCI be assigned to the immediate Office of the President. The zeal within the "silent arm of the President", as the intelligence service is fondly called by its own, is so strong that they have created a special meaning for the phrase, "the immediate Office of the President". It might generally be considered that the Cabinet is part of this office, but what the Intelligence buffs mean is that the DCI would be above or, to put it more precisely, equal to and separate from the Cabinet. From General Donovan's day down to the present time, it has been the goal of a good segment of the intelligence community to install their Director next to the President… >>
That was published in 1972. The CIA immediately bought up and destroyed all the copies it could find. Prouty was left alone but so exiled from mainstream publication that he had to publish his articles in men’s magazines – please, look up the website his estate still maintains where these articles and letters are available – but 20 years later in 1992 Oliver Stone made his movie JFK and with Stone’s help Prouty was able to republish "The Secret Team” and also his new and even more mature book “JFK: The CIA, Vietnam and the Plot to Assassinate John F. Kennedy.”
In 2017 President Trump appointed Mike Pompeo, then Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, as Secretary of State, to preside in “the immediate Office of the President”. Back there in the shadows of the West Wing Bill Donavan’s ghost must have smiled.
With every passing disaster wrought by the CIA’s arrogance Fletch Prouty becomes more and more an accurate prophet. His revenge is served cold but it’s very nourishing fare, I assure you.

Who murdered FDR to bring in Truman? Was FDR poisoned? Germany had surrendered. FDR was pro-Stalin. Truman anti-Soviet.
