I have slightly updated this Substack of mine ("Your Signature or Your Brains" – Part Two: Magic Bullets and Real Bullets, Sept 24/25) to include a picture and blurb for the Hornady V-Max .223 round advertised to legal firearms owners who need to deal with "varmints" up to the size of coyotes. This class of ammunition is designed for "rapid fragmentation". That means that the bullet will penetrate a few inches into the flesh and instantly give up its energy by "fragmenting", exploding inside the body of the animal causing catastrophic damage and shock, leaving tiny shards of its copper jacket but no exit wound.

I have been criticized, with justice I admit, because I am not a firearms owner and have never fired a rifle (except for some target shooting with a .22 single shot rifle half a century ago). Of course I may be wrong in my opinion that Charlie Kirk was likely to have been hit by a bullet such as this "frangible" bullet. I only opine that the characteristics of a bullet like this, as advertised and as demonstrated on YouTube channels, do fit the evidence in the murder of Charlie Kirk, that is, an entry wound causing instant catastrophic damage and shock and yet no exit wound.

I claim no expertise, but I will insist that the accusation by the FBI that Charlie Kirk was hit by a .30-06 bullet is patent, obvious and easily demonstrated bunkum. A .30-06 bullet would have gone through his body, causing a large, bloody exit wound and hitting whoever or whatever was behind Charlie. This is – to put it with ridiculous obviousness – not in evidence. There is no need of any special expertise to see this fact.

A TPUSA spokesman piled insulting absurdity upon the FBI fraudulence by telling the world that a "surgeon" had found "a bullet" just underneath Charlie's skin and this was an "absolute miracle" because Charlie's bones were so miraculously, unnaturally dense that the bullet defied the laws of physics and stopped intact so that no bystanders were hit by an exiting rifle bullet.

I humbly count myself a Christian. As such I feel outraged and insulted by this attempt to make Charlie Kirk into a saint who performed a miracle by stopping a .30-06 bullet which would have gone right through a moose. The FBI and, apparently, other people must have utter contempt for Christians.

An amateur such as myself can click a mouse a few times and find an advertisement for a frangible .223 round commonly sold to farmers and homesteaders at any gun shop in America. And I can find more than one demonstration video on YouTube that shows what a .30-06 bullet will do to a moose, let alone a human.

I do not need, and nobody needs, to be any genius or even a firearms owner to discover that the FBI's case is the most astonishingly idiotic fabrication to have been offered to the public yet. And it is even more disturbing that someone from the now "decapitated" TPUSA organization was co-operating in this shameful fraud.

Has it been alleged that an autopsy was preformed as the law clearly requires? Where is the publicly available autopsy report which the law also requires? And has a bullet been recovered which the FBI would certainly need to match the ballistics to the alleged .30-06 murder weapon?

If not, where is it? And if in fact there can be no such bullet because it does not and cannot exist, the FBI does not have the slightest ghost of a case against Tyler Robinson.

Even though I'm not a lawyer, I believe I am not going very far out on a limb to say that. More evidence, please. BELIEVABLE evidence, please.

I have been accused of fantasizing when I say that a frangible bullet "explodes" inside the body of the animal when it "fragments". I'm only saying that such a bullet penetrates the target, a few inches into the body of the animal or man, at great speed, supersonic speed I believe, and this means it carries great energy. I dare say that this energy has to go somewhere, do some "work" as physicists say. The bullet cannot just politely stop and gracefully fall apart like Oliver Wendell Holmes's "Wonderful One-Hos Shay". The physical world still obeys the laws of nature even when the FBI defies the laws of America. So I opine that that energy, contained within the flesh of a body, will not just politely "fragment" the bullet, it will explode it, causing a globular shock wave to shatter the surrounding flesh and nearby bone. I stand to be corrected but this is my supposition at this point in my inquiries.

This is what a .223 "varmint" bullet is designed to do, instant catastrophic damage localized with no exit wound.
