Good post, Jim.

You amused me Jaan by saying I need more Yin in my view. I am not an optimist, nor a realist, nor even a pessimist, but based upon public information which you know and have posted, my feeling is qua Truth easily is far far darker than human imagination can apprehend in a Secular time. So then I have zero issues with your view, one giant Mountain with different aspects presenting depending on variables, and the past few years have for me presented the good chance of an Extinction Level Event planned and implemented by hundreds of organs of persuasion. Is this too Yang?

If the Ukraine is divided then the rump Ukraine is always an outpost for NATO either as an independent entity or as part of "Greater Poland." Russia cannot simply abandon the rest of the failed state. Nor without military control can this rump state be expected to be neutral in the overall great game. Of course this would be a nightmare for Russia to be forced to clean up the ecological catastrophe of the Ukraine and the failed power plants. No good solution. Which may well be why the West is fighting to the last Ukrainian to force Russia to do so and saddle them with the problems.

Unless, of course, the US falls. Unthinkable? Maybe not.

Unthinkable, no. Falls in next 6 months, likely not. And even then NATO might intervene over here. A two front war.

The collapse is now. VAIDS is kicking in. I feel the Empire can limp along. And the collapse will not be as we expect, if we can expect such a thing. Slow at first, then rubble dancing mayhap. Agamben wrote on the situation in his intervention--Lemmings are small rodents, about 15 centimeters long, that live in the tundras of northern Europe and Asia. This species has the particularity of suddenly undertaking collective migrations for no apparent reason that end with a mass suicide in the waters of the sea. The enigma that this behavior has posed to zoologists is so singular that they, after trying to provide explanations that have proved insufficient, have preferred to remove it. But one of the most lucid minds of the twentieth century, Primo Levi questioned the phenomenon and provided a convincing interpretation of it. We take it for granted that all living beings wish to continue living: in lemmings for some reason this will has failed and the instinct that drove them to live has turned into a death instinct.

I believe that something similar is happening today to another species of living beings, what we call homo sapiens. Collective suicide occurs here – as befits a species that has replaced instinct with language and an endosomatic impulse with a series of devices external to the body – in an artificial and complicated way, but the result could be the same. Human beings cannot live if they do not give themselves reasons and justifications for their lives, which in every age have taken the form of religions, myths, political beliefs, philosophies and ideals of all kinds. These justifications seem today – at least in the richest and most technologized part of humanity – and men find themselves perhaps for the first time reduced to their pure biological survival, which, it seems, they prove unable to accept. This alone can explain why, instead of assuming the simple, lovable fact of living side by side, we felt the need to instill an implacable sanitary terror, in which life without any more ideal justifications is threatened and punished at every moment by disease and death. And this alone can explain that, although the industries that produce them have stated that it is not possible to predict the effects of vaccines in the long term, because it has not been possible to comply with the foreseen procedures and that the tests on genotoxicity and carcinogenicity will only end in October. by 2022, millions of people were subjected to an unprecedented mass vaccination.

Well, that's a pretty dark view of humanity, forget the lemmings-- that lemming story has been challenged, btw. Can't remember where I saw that, but anyway. I think you greatly underestimate the human will to live, and to see progeny survive as well. If we look microscopically at present day America, it sort of makes sense, sort of. But while I do think we are most definitely heading into a very difficult period, I do not agree that ANY life form on this planet does not have an intrinsic will to survive, that is antithetical to Life as we know it. Sure a person can be pushed to the point of giving up, but a species? This lackadaisical view of the infinite beauty and wonder of Life is nowhere to be found beyond those who have been pushed beyond their ability to retain hope, and that certainly does NOT encompass the entire human species, nor the spectrum of Life, generally, or entirely.

Plus, just to be quite plain, when anyone refers to Humanity as "Man," I can't help but make certain assumptions... You must be aware that we are in the predicament we are currently in because of this exclusionary thinking. The imbalance you describe and seem to personify in your writing is directly related to the desire to disqualify, disengage, disparage, and disembody the Feminine. What has brought us to brink of global nuclear war? Men. Men without balance via women. And that's a fact. Koyanisquatsi. Perhaps your thinking is in need of some refreshment via more Yin brought into your perspective.

Megadeaths are in 4-10 years from vaccines. Vaccine mandates in the West are killing now, not the lowest strata but the middle and retirees. Systems are fraying and war rages. WEF wants transhumanism and maybe 300,000,000 humans born of humans. Brave New World is a blue print. 1984 reality.
